The staff was friendly and the place was clean. The staff served muffins and danishes for breakfast. The location was particularly good, close enough to grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping, restaurants and the outskirts of Springfield and easily accessible. Also, Big E was 1 mile away. Everything was great, no complains at all, I could n't recommend more it.

We enjoyed our stay at this wonderful hotel; it was very comfortable. The venue was tidy with amicable and superbly friendly staff. The location in West Springfield was excellent and convenient, close to different stores, a market, restaurants, and the Big E fair.

The location was great, right in the middle of town, making it easy to get around, with restaurants and churches nearby.

Hotel's location was magnificent and favourable, in the middle of jackson. Again, it was 1 mile from Big E. The room with twin queen size beds.

My stay at Candlewood Suites-West Springfield was truly enjoyable. the staff there were incredibly helpful and courteous. the room was spacious and kept impeccably clean. I particularly loved the down pillows and the comfortable bed. Additionally, the bathroom was spotless and well-equipped with a shower, hair dryers, and soft bath sheets.

This place is in a convenient spot, right by a bunch of stores, restaurants, and even the Big E fair. It's also not far from the airport. You can easily visit McDonald's for a quick meal, which is a short distance from here. 🍔

The hotel had a full kitchen with a stove, which was great for cooking meals. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The location of the hotel was convenient and had easy access to key attractions in the city.

The hotel lacked maid service for multi-day stays and there was no breakfast provided. Additionally, the maintenance of the hotel was a concern as there were broken fixtures, such as a loose towel rack, that were not fixed during the stay.

Enjoyed exceptionally clean room with twin queen size beds, wouldn't mind staying there all day. The location turned out to be good, very close to grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping as well as churches. Besides, it was 15 min drive to Big E.

The rooms were beautiful and spacious with twin queen size beds. The breakfast provided a variety of options like muffins and danishes. The hotel's location was excellent, being close to stores, churches, and Springfield's museums.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The shower and Wi-Fi were great. Lots of lighting and electric plugs. The property was quiet and the front desk was responsive. Enjoyed the indoor pool and jacuzzi. Hotel store had everything at cost price. BBQ area was nice.

Our stay at Candlewood was fantastic! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, and the hotel store was so handy. The staff was overall good and very helpful. The beds were very comfortable, and we loved having a recliner in the room.

Additionally, when I reported a car parked in the handicap parking space without a sticker or license, the hotel did not take any action. The lack of concern was frustrating and would deter me from staying again.
